Tagliatelle, with their rough pastry, retain and enhance the flavor of the sauce. They are prepared according to the traditional recipe, simply kneading durum wheat flour, water and fresh eggs.
Amerigo's bronze-drawn egg pasta is a type of pasta created in an artisanal way with triple dough, bronze-drawn and dried with a slow method and at low temperature. Created exclusively with Italian raw materials, it goes perfectly with our 24 month Parmigiano Reggiano .
This special format called Rustici is a set of three different pasta formats (tagliatelle and pappardelle), to rediscover the flavor and consistency of homemade egg pasta , like grandma's.
