Our Parmigiano Reggiano is subjected to a second qualitative evaluation by the experts of the Consortium, to see if it meets all the characteristics required by the Mountain Quality Project .

Parmigiano Reggiano 24 months is a cheese that still retains the freshness of milk and hints of herbs from the Apennine meadows , but it has already spent two years in our warehouse and has seen plenty of water flow in the Ceno river, nearby; and the good air of the Apennines has already made it more structured and crumbly, harmonious and fragrant, in perfect balance between sweetness and flavor.

Parmigiano Reggiano is a medium-calorie cheese . What generates its high range of benefits is precisely the maturing : the further the Parmigiano Reggiano matures, the more it takes on beneficial characteristics for the human organism. A source of calcium, phosphorus and proteins with high biological value, 24 month Parmigiano Reggiano has a high satiating power, and is therefore often integrated into slimming diets .

Parmesan has a low glycemic index but is still very rich in lipids . 24 month Parmigiano Reggiano is totally and naturally lactose-free , therefore also suitable in cases of lactose intolerance .

We sell what we produce and we know where it comes from: from the milk of cows raised in Val Ceno and Val Pessola and also fed with hay from stable meadows, rich in aromas and biodiversity .
