This IGO balsamic vinegar of Modena is obtained from the acetified Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must and subsequently fermented. Aged 10 DECANTS.
Leonardi's Pregiato Balsamic Vinegar is a balanced and mature sweet and sour condiment, with velvety density, it has acquired the typical aromas and scents of chestnut and oak woods. Its pleasantly creamy consistency makes it a multipurpose product in the kitchen, suitable for multiple applications. The acidity is at least 6% as required by the PGI regulations.
